Self care is something that can be extremely neglected when it comes to entrepreneurs who work long hours, often sitting down, in front of a laptop screen.
Lack of self care also seems to be a more prevalent issue among female entrepreneurs, who may be burning the candle at both ends while also taking care of their family, or basically just putting all they’ve got into trying to run a business by themselves.
Suffering from anxiety, depression or harboring feelings of low self worth can cause even more stress while running a business, and sometimes negate what tiny amount of self care that you do show to yourself.
